About

Who I Am
I have dedicated the last three and a half decades to serving as a firefighter and paramedic. Throughout my career, I’ve encountered countless situations involving
people from all walks of life, including colleagues, supervisors, subordinates, and community members. Since 1994, I’ve been in leadership positions—making decisions that ranged from excellent to regrettable. The courses I offer are a reflection of the things I’ve learned throughout my journey. Use them to learn from my missteps and successes, to grow, to make sound decisions, and to foster meaningful change.
